Last weekend was the The Center for Wooden Boat's 11th Annual Norm Blanchard Regatta, honoring the life of one of the best known names in wooden boatbuilding in the Pacific Northwest. Norman Blanchard’s Blanchard Boat Company turned out more than 2,000 boats in over 60 years. Quality, performance and longevity are the hallmarks of Norm Blanchard.
